Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at www.orthonovaaf.com. We strive to create raving fans for our amazing joint support product. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return any unused and unopened product from the date you received it.
To request a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Simply send us an email at orders@orthonovaaf.com and write “Return request” in the subject line. If you have your original order number or packing list, please include it in the body of your message along with why you are returning your Orthonova® AF.
You may return the product as soon as we reply to your message. Your product must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
